Rear Door Glass - Removal

REMOVAL

1. Remove door trim panel.
2. Remove watershield.
3. Remove speaker.
4. Remove inner belt weatherstrip.




5. Position glass to gain access to regulator lift plate and spring clip through access holes in door panel.
6. Remove screw attaching fixed glass run channel to door panel. . Rear Door Run Channel-Door Fixed Glass
7. Remove fixed glass run channel, as necessary.




8. Use a flat bladed tool to spread the regulator lift plate bracket and release the window glass and lift plate.
9. Disengage glass from glass run weatherstrip.
10. Insert glass between glass run channel and outer door panel.
11. Lift glass upward and out of exterior side of the opening at top of door.




12. Remove glass from vehicle.
