REMOVAL

1. Raise and support vehicle. Maintenance




2. Remove wheel mounting nuts (3), then tire and wheel assembly (1).
3. If necessary, move rear exhaust out of way as necessary to access toe link mounting nut at crossmember.




4. Unclip (5) wheel speed sensor cable from toe link.




NOTE: The bolt (1) fastening the toe link to the crossmember (2) has an eccentric cam for toe adjustment. While removing nut fastening toe link to crossmember in the following step, it important to hold the cam bolt head stationary.





5. While holding toe adjustment cam bolt from rotating, remove nut (2) securing toe link (1) at crossmember.
6. Remove bolt (3) and nut at knuckle.
7. Remove link.
