Muffler and Resonator

MUFFLER AND RESONATOR





1. Support the muffler and resonator assembly (1) under the vehicle.
2. Install the insulators (2).




3. Position band clamp (2) on the muffler and resonator assembly (4).
4. Tighten band clamp nut (1) to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.).
5. Start the engine and inspect for exhaust leaks. Repair exhaust leaks as necessary.
6. Check the exhaust system for contact with the body panels. Make the necessary adjustments, if needed.
