Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Install the crossunder pipe, then loosely install the crossunder bracket fastener (1).




2. Install the exhaust pipe, then loosely install the exhaust-to-crossunder fasteners (1).




3. Loosely install the rear maniverter-to-crossunder fasteners (1).




4. Loosely install the front maniverter-to-crossunder fasteners (1).




5. Tighten the front maniverter bolts (1) to 28 Nm (250 in.lbs.).




6. Install the front maniverter heat shield (2), and install the front maniverter heat shield fasteners (1).
7. Tighten bolts connecting crossunder pipe to maniverters to 28 Nm (250 in.-lbs.).
8. Tighten the exhaust-to-crossunder fasteners to 30 N.m (22 ft. lbs.).
9. Tighten the crossunder bracket bolt to 28 Nm (250 in.-lbs.)
