Diagnostic Test

1. MHSM COMMUNICATION
With the scan tool, attempt to communicate with the MHSM and check for PCI bus communication DTC's.
Were there any problems found?

Yes

- REFER TO COMMUNICATION. No Response From Memory/Heated Seat Module (MHSM)
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Body Verification Test.

No

- Search for any Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) that may apply. Using the wiring diagram/schematic as a guide, inspect the wiring and connectors.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Body Verification Test.
