PDM-31-PASSENGER FRONT WINDOW SWITCH MUX INPUT SHORTED

- When Monitored:
Continuously.

- Set Condition:
If the voltage on the Window Switch Mux circuit within the PDM is below 0.1 volt for over 1 second, this code will set.





Diagnostic Test

1. DTC PRESENT
Turn the ignition on.
With the scan tool, erase DTCs.
Cycle the ignition switch from Off to Run.
Check for any possible obstructions with the front window switch and correct if necessary.
Operate the switch in both the Up and Down positions several times.
With the scan tool, read DTCs.
Does the scan tool display PDM-31-PASSENGER FRONT WINDOW SWITCH MUX INPUT SHORTED?

Yes

- Replace the Passenger Door Module.
- PERFORM BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Body Verification Test

No

- The condition that caused this code to set is not present at this time. Operate the switch several times to ensure it does not stick. If the switch ever sticks, replace the Passenger Door Module.
