DDM-47-DRIVER REAR WINDOW SWITCH MUX INPUT STUCK

- When Monitored:
Continuously.

- Set Condition:
If the voltage on the Driver Rear Window Switch Mux circuit is between 0.6 and 4.4 volts for over 15 seconds, this code will set.





Diagnostic Test

1. DTC PRESENT
Turn the ignition on.
With the scan tool, erase DTCs.
Cycle the ignition switch from Off to Run.
Check for any possible obstructions with the rear switch and correct if necessary.
Operate the Rear Window Switch in all positions several times.
With the scan tool, read DTCs.
Does the scan tool display DDM47-DRIVER REAR WINDOW SWITCH MUX CIRCUIT STUCK?

Yes

- Go To 2

No

- The condition that caused this code to set is not present at this time. Operate the rear switch several times to ensure it does not stick. If the switch ever sticks, replace it.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Body Verification Test.

2. REAR WINDOW SWITCH




Disconnect the Driver Rear Window Switch connector.
With the scan tool, erase DTCs.
Cycle the ignition switch from Off to Run.
With the scan tool, read DTCs.
Does the scan tool display DDM47-DRIVER REAR WINDOW SWITCH MUX CIRCUIT STUCK?

Yes

- Go To 3

No

- Replace the Rear Window Switch.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Body Verification Test.

3. (Q1) DRIVER REAR WINDOW SWITCH MUX CIRCUIT PARTIAL SHORT TO GROUND.




Turn the ignition off.
Disconnect the Driver Door Module C3 connector.
Measure the resistance between Ground and the (Q1) Driver Rear Window Switch Mux circuit.
Is the resistance below 30,000 (30k) ohms?

Yes

- Repair the Driver Rear Window Switch Mux circuit for a partial short to ground.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Body Verification Test.

No

- Replace the Driver Door Module.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Body Verification Test.
