DDM/PDM-0F-PCI INTERNAL FAULT

- When Monitored:
Whenever the ignition is in run or run/start position.

- Set Condition:
If the PCI message cannot be transmitted within 90ms, this code will set.





1. CLEAR DTCS
With the scan tool, erase DTC's.
Cycle the ignition switch from off to on and wait approximately 1 minute.
With the scan tool, read DTC's.
Does the scan tool display: DDM/PDM-0F-PCI INTERNAL FAULT?

Yes

- REFER TO IPM-0F-J1850 Internal Fault IPM-0F

No

- No problem found at this time. Using the wiring diagram/schematic as a guide, inspect the wiring for chafed, pierced, pinched, and partially broken wires and the wiring harness connectors for broken, bent, pushed out, and corroded terminals.
