Top Frame Assembly

TOP FRAME ASSEMBLY

1. Remove the convertible top cover Folding Top Cover.
2. Disconnect the hydraulic lines from the pump assembly.
3. Disconnect the hydraulic lines from the rear bow and main bow cylinders.
4. Remove the rear bow and main bow hydraulic cylinders from the frame assembly Removal.
5. Remove the tonneau cover hydraulic cylinder from the frame assembly Removal.

NOTE: Be sure to note shims remove from front mounting points, these shims will be reused if original frame is reinstalled.

6. Remove the 2 convertible top frame rear retaining nuts.
7. Remove the 6 convertible top frame front retaining bolts.
8. Carefully lift the frame assembly from the vehicle.
