1000-00 SENTRY KEY REMOTE ENTRY MODULE INTERNAL FAILURE
When Monitored and Set Condition
- When Monitored: Continuous.
- Set Condition: If the Sentry Key Remote Entry Module (SKREEM) detects an internal malfunction, the DTC is set.

Diagnostic Test
1. MEASURE THE VOLTAGE OF THE SKREEM POWER CIRCUIT
Turn the ignition off.
Disconnect the SKREEM harness connector.
NOTE: Check connectors - Clean/repair as necessary.
Measure the voltage of the Fused B(+) circuit (cavity 18) at the SKREEM C1 harness connector.
Is the voltage between 12 and 16 volts?
Yes
- Replace the Sentry Key Remote Entry Module.
- Perform SENTRY KEY VERIFICATION TEST. Vehicle Theft Security Verification Tests
No
- System voltage must be between 12 and 16 volts. Repair the voltage concern as necessary.
