B1400- BLADDER PRESSURE SENSOR CIRCUIT LOW

For a complete wiring diagram Consult Diagrams/Electrical.

- When Monitored:
With the ignition on.

- Set Condition:
If the Occupant Classification Module (OCM) detects voltage below the low threshold on the Passenger Bladder Pressure Sensor Signal circuit.





Diagnostic Test

1. CHECK FOR ACTIVE DTC
Turn the ignition on.
With the scan tool, read OCM DTCs.
Does the scan tool display this DTC as active?

Yes

- Replace the Passenger Seat Assembly.
- Perform *AIRBAG VERIFICATION TEST. Airbag System Verification Test

No

- Go to 2

2. VERIFY STORED CODE
With the scan tool, erase all OCM DTCs.
Cycle the ignition off, then back on.
With the scan tool, read OCM DTCs.
Does the scan tool display this DTC as stored?

Repair

- Replace the Passenger Seat Assembly.
- Perform *AIRBAG VERIFICATION TEST. Airbag System Verification Test
