This symptom is diagnosed using the test ANTENNA FAILURE

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition on.

SET CONDITION
The RAM fails a test that checks the RAM's ability to retain memory.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- SKIM internal DTC failure
