WIPER ON/OFF RELAY OUTPUT SHORTED LOW

WHEN MONITORED
Continuously.

SET CONDITION
BCM detects a low (ground) signal on the wiper on/off relay output.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Intermittent condition
- Open circuit
- Short to ground
- HI/LO wiper relay
- Body control module
