P0072-AMBIENT TEMP SENSOR LOW

WHEN MONITORED
The ignition key on.

SET CONDITION
Ambient Temperature Sensor is less than 0.0392 of a volt at the PCM. One Trip Fault.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Ambient air temperature sensor voltage below 0.3 volts
- Ambient air temperature sensor internal failure
- (K25) AAT signal circuit shorted to ground
- (K25) AAT signal circuit shorted to (K4) sensor ground circuit
