This symptom is diagnosed using the test ANTENNA FAILURE.

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition ON.

SET CONDITION
The SKIM has detected a fault during an internal self test.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- SKIM Internal DTC Failure
