Power Steering Fluid Reservoir: Description and Operation

RESERVOIR DESCRIPTION
Vehicles with a 2.0L engine utilize a power steering fluid reservoir that is mounted on the power steering pump. This power steering fluid reservoir is considered an integral part of the power steering pump and is not serviced separately.








Vehicles with a 1.6L engine use an externally mounted reservoir for storing power steering fluid. This reservoir is mounted to a bracket attached to the engine near the right engine mount. This reservoir can be serviced separately.
