P1654-PCI BUS SHORTED TO VOLTAGE

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition ON.

SET CONDITION
If the PCM detects a short to voltage on the PCI Bus for more than 5 seconds, it will set this DTC

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Intermittent condition
- Internal controller short to B+
