SYMPTOM
P1653-PCI BUS SHORTED TO GROUND

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition ON.

SET CONDITION
If the PCM detects a short to ground on the PCI Bus for more than 5 seconds, it Will set this DTC.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Intermittent condition
- Internal controller short to ground
