Ignition ON.

SET CONDITION
The PCM sense high voltage for more than 2.73 seconds.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- A/C clutch relay intermittent operation
- Intermittent condition
- A/C clutch relay control circuit short to B+
- PCM
