SYMPTOM
P1193 - INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR VOLTAGE TOO HIGH

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition ON and the engine running.

SET CONDITION
The Intake Air Temperature Sensor voltage at the PCM goes above 4.9 volts.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Wiring harness intermittent defect
- Sensor ground circuit open
- IAT sensor signal circuit open
- IAT sensor signal circuit shorted to voltage
- IAT sensor defective
- PCM defective
