SYMPTOM
PANEL DIMMER OPEN

WHEN MONITORED
When the ignition is ON.

SET CONDITION
The Instrument Cluster monitors the panel lamps dimmer signal circuit for a resistance value between 0.0 ohms and approximately 3650 ohms. When the cluster senses a value greater the 3650 ohms, this code will set.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Instrument cluster defective - panel lamps dimmer open
- Panel lamps dimmer signal circuit open
- Panel dimmer switch open
