SYMPTOM
SPEED PRO STEERING SOLENOID CKT OPEN/SHORTED TO GROUND

WHEN MONITORED
With ignition ON.

SET CONDITION
BCM detects no current flowing through the speed pro steering solenoid when it attempts to drive it.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Speed PRO steering solenoid (-) circuit short ground
- SPS solenoid (-) wire open
- Speed PRO steering solenoid (+) circuit short ground
- SPS solenoid (+) circuit shorted to (-) circuit
- SPS solenoid (+) wire open
- Open/Shorted speed PRO steering solenoid
- Speed proportional steering check open/short
- Body control module
