SYMPTOM
WIPER,RUNS ALL THE TIME WITH IGNITION ON

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- BCM defective - ON/OFF driver low
- Wiper ON/OFF relay defective, normally open contacts shorted
- Common circuit shorted to voltage
- High speed output circuit shorted to voltage
- Low speed output circuit shorted to voltage
- Wiper ON/OFF relay control circuit shorted to ground
