Transponder Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) Failure

Tests 1 - 5:

SYMPTOM
TRANSPONDER (CYCLIC REDUNDANCY CHECK) CRC FAILURE

WHEN MONITORED
At ignition ON and during Key Programming Mode.

SET CONDITION
This condition exists when 5 consecutive transponder signal transmissions are sent to the SKIM with the correct message format but with invalid data.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Intermittent wiring harness
- Problem SKIM
