SYMPTOM
DECKLID RELEASE SOLENOID OUTPUT FAILURE

WHEN MONITORED
During decklid release solenoid actuation.

SET CONDITION
The BCM detects a short or a open on the decklid release control.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Open Ground Circuit
- Decklid Release Control Circuit Shorted To Ground
- Decklid Release Control Circuit Shorted To Voltage
- Open Decklid Release Control Circuit
- Open Decklid Release Solenoid
- Wiring Harness Intermittent Defect
- Body Control Module
- Body Control Module
