SYMPTOM
A/C CONTROL MODE DOOR INPUT OPEN OR SHORTED TO BATTERY

WHEN MONITORED
With ignition ON.

SET CONDITION
When the BCM detects an abnormally high voltage on its mode request input.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Mode switch MUX circuit open
- Mode switch MUX circuit short to battery
- Control head - Mode MUX open
- Body control module - mode switch MUX open
