ENGINE COOLANT TEMP TOO LOW
L-R SWITCH VALVE STICKY
UD CLUTCH CLEARANCE TOO LOW
Repair Instructions:
L-R CLUTCH OR ACCUMULATOR SEAL LEAKAGE
Perform Clutch operation tests/ replace Accumulator Seal Rings.
Perform Transaxle 41 TE/AE Verification TEST VER-1A
STICKY THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR
Refer to Symptoms List, THROTTLE POSITION SIGNAL.
Perform Transaxle 41 TE/AE Verification TEST VER-1A
STUCK AIS MOTOR
Refer to Symptoms List under DRIVEABILITY DTCs, and CHECKING THE MINIMUM
IDLE AIR FLOW to repair failure.
Perform Transaxle 41 TE/AE Verification TEST VER- 1A
DEFECTIVE SOLENOID ASSEMBLY
Replace Solenoid Pack.
Perform Transaxle 41 TE/AE Verification TEST VER-1A
ENGINE COOLANT TEMP TOO LOW
Check Coolant System / Thermostat stuck. Also, check for PCM DTC's.
Perform Transaxle 41AE/TE Verification TEST VER-1A
L-R SWITCH VALVE STICKY
Recondition Valve Body.
Perform Transaxle 41 TE/AE Verification TEST VER- 1A
UD CLUTCH CLEARANCE TOO LOW
Replace UD clutch Plates and discs, set clearance to specifications.
