Verification Test VER-2A - Airbag

AIRBAG VERIFICATION TEST VER-2A

1. Remove all jumper wires and reconnect all previously disconnected components (except the battery).

2. Turn the ignition key ON and reconnect the battery.

3. Connect the DRB to the Data Link Connector.

4. Note: Use the most current DRB software available.

5. Use the DRB to erase the stored codes.

6. Turn the ignition OFF and wait 15 seconds before turning the ignition ON.

7. Wait one minute and read the active codes. If there are none present, read the stored codes.

8. If the DRB shows any active or stored codes, return to the Symptom List and follow the path specified for that trouble code. If no active or stored codes are present, the repair is complete.
