P1388 Auto Shutdown Relay Control Circuit

SYMPTOM
P-1388 AUTO SHUTDOWN RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition key on and battery voltage greater than 10 volts.

SET CONDITION
An open or shorted condition is detected in the auto shutdown relay control circuit.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Fused B(+) circuit open
- ASD relay resistance >= 100.0 ohms
- ASD relay control circuit open
- ASD relay control ckt wiring harness inter def
- ASD relay control ckt wiring harness OBS def
- ASD relay control short to ground
- PCM defective (ASD relay control circuit)
