VTSS System Problems

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- VTSS will not disarm
- Key-in ignition switch sense circuit open
- Key-in ignition switch sense ground circuit open
- Ignition switch open
- Headlamp B(+) circuit open
- Headlamp delay relay coil open
- Headlamp SW output circuit
- Junction block - fused B(+) open
- Junction block - headlamp delay relay control open
- Headlamps come on test
- Horn relay control circuit below 10V
- Horn relay control circuit open
- Horn relay control circuit relay defective
- BCM/VTSS disarm sense above 10.0 Volts
- BCCM/VTSS disarm sense circuit defective
- BCM - headlamp toggle function
- BCM - Key-in sense failure
- BCM VTSS indicator lamp driver inoperative
- BCM/fuse #11 defective
- BCM/voltage above 10 Volts at cavity #6
- BCM/LF disarm voltage above 6.8 Volts
- BCM/RF disarm voltage above 6.8 Volts
- BCM/RF DR VTSS disarm circuit defective
- BCM/RF DR VTSS disarm sense above 10.0 Volts
- 20 engine starts not logged
- B(+) circuit open
- BCM fused IGN SW output greater than 5 ohms to GND
- Fuse defective
- Fused B (+) CKT horn relay cavity #6 voltage low
- Horn relay output circuit open
- Horn relay output circuit shorted to ground
- IGN CKT BCM ignition switch to junction block open
- IGN CKT BCM voltage below 10V at cavity #6
- Ignition circuit BCM shorted to ground
- Left front door key cylinder switch open
- Left front door key cylinder switch shorted
- Left VTSS disarm sense CKT open
- LF door key cylinder switch lock below 6.8 Volts
- RF door key cylinder switch lock below 6.8 Volts
- RF door VTSS fused B (+) circuit open
- RF DR VTSS disarm sense circuit shorted to ground
- Right front door key cylinder switch open
- Right front door key cylinder switch shorted
- Right VTSS disarm sense CKT open
- Trunk key cyl switch sense circuit inoperative
- Trunk key cylinder switch open
- Trunk key ground circuit open
- VTSS / defective junction block
- VTSS / inoperative BCM
- VTSS disarm sense circuit shorted to ground
- VTSS disarm sense circuit shorted to voltage
- VTSS disarm sense CKT RF DR shorted to voltage
- VTSS fused B (+) circuit open
- VTSS fused B(+) CKT no voltage at instrument cluster
- VTSS IND light driver CKT shorted to ground
- VTSS indicator light bad
- VTSS indicator light driver circuit open
- VTSS status disarmed
