Checking Speed Control On/Off Switch

SYMPTOM
SPEED CONTROL ON/OFF SWITCH

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Ground circuit open
- Speed control set/resume sw voltage > 4.0 volts
- Speed control switch sig ckt shorted to voltage
- Speed control switch signal circuit short to gnd
- Speed control on/off switch voltage < 1.0 volt
- Speed control on/off switch voltage > 4.0 volts
- PCM def (ground ckt open)
- Powertrain control module def (S/C switch to gnd)
