SET CONDITION
BCM detected a short to battery on the PCI bus for at least one second.

THEORY OF OPERATION
BCM continuously monitors communications on the PCI bus. If the PCI bus remains high for over one second, it must be shorted to battery.

PROBABLE CAUSES
- Intermittent wiring short to battery
- Another module has failed
- Failed BCM
