WHEN MONITORED
With ignition on.

SET CONDITION
BCM sees ignition on but no battery power feed.

THEORY OF OPERATION
BCM requires both battery and ignition to operate properly (key-in ignition chime, seat belt chime, door lock inhibit, etc.). BCM will function properly with ignition on but will be completely powered down when ignition is off.

PROBABLE CAUSES
- Open IOD Fuse
- Open fused Ignition switch output ACC/RUN
- Failed Junction Block
