NOTE:
THIS BULLETIN APPLIES CIRRUS VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH THE STEEL WHEELS AND RALLYE CHROME WHEEL COVERS, SALES CODE W5R BUILT PRIOR TO AUGUST 14, 1998 (MDH 0814XX).
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Wheel cover retention legs may fatigue over time and break.
DIAGNOSIS:
Inspect vehicle for build date and affected sales code. If vehicle falls into the suspect range, perform the Repair Procedure.
NOTE:
ALL IN-TRANSIT, IN-STOCK, AND SOLD VEHICLES IN FOR SERVICE SHOULD HAVE THE WHEEL COVERS REPLACED.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
This bulletin involves replacing the wheel covers with revised parts.
1. Replace all four wheel covers.
POLICY: Reimbursable within the provisions of the warranty.
