Rear Knuckle: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove Rear Hub Assembly.
2. Follow removal procedure outlined in the illustration, noting the following.





- Use special tool to separate ball joint assembly.

CAUTION:
- Be sure to tie the cord of the special tool to a nearby part.
- Loosen the nut but do not remove it.

INSTALLATION
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order for installation.
2. Check the dust cover for cracks or damage by pushing it with finger.
