Removal Service Point





Radiator Upper Hose/radiator Lower Hose Disconnection
- Place a mating mark on the radiator hose and the hose clamp, and then disconnect the radiator hose.

Installation Service Points





O-Ring Installation
- Insert the O-ring to the pipe assembly, and coat the outer circumference of the O-ring with water or engine coolant.

Caution: Clean off any engine oil or other greases on O-ring. Do not fold over or scratch the O-ring during installation.





Radiator Lower Hose/radiator Upper Hose Connection
(1) Insert each hose as far as the projection of the water outlet fitting or water inlet fitting.
(2) Align the mating mark on the radiator hose and water outlet fitting or water inlet fitting.

Distributor Installation
(1) Set the No. 1 cylinder at compression top dead center.
(2) Align the mating mark on the distributor housing and the coupling. Install the distributor.
(3) Install the distributor to the cylinder head.

Inspection

Water Pipe And Hose Inspection
- Check the water pipe and hose for cracks, damage, clogs and replace them if necessary.
