Completion Reporting and Reimbursement

Claims for vehicles which have been serviced must be submitted on the DIAL System. Claims submitted will be used by Chrysler to record notification service completions and provide dealer payments.

Use one of the following labor operation numbers and time allowances:

Replace coolant and inspect core plugs 07752182 0.8 hours

Replace coolant and core plugs 07752183 7.5 hours

Add the cost of the coolant and core plugs (if necessary) plus applicable dealer allowance to your claim.
