Instrument Panel Subdial Assembly

The instrument cluster gauges are serviced as an assembly. If replacement of one defective gauge is required, the complete subdial assembly must be replaced.

The instrument cluster must be removed for Subdial Assembly service. Refer to Instrument Cluster Removal and Installation procedures. Instrument Cluster and Bezel

REMOVAL

Negative Battery Cable Remote Terminal:

1. Open hood and disconnect the negative battery cable remote terminal from the remote battery post.
2. Remove instrument cluster from vehicle. Instrument Cluster and Bezel
3. Remove five cluster back cover retaining screws and remove the cover.
4. Unplug connectors from printed circuit board.
5. Remove cluster mask/lens from instrument cluster. Refer to Mask/Lens Removal and Installation procedures.
6. Carefully pull out subdial assembly from cluster housing and remove.

INSTALLATION
- For installation, reverse the above procedures.
