CIRCUIT OPERATION
Odometer
The Odometer function of the instrument cluster is controlled by the Body Control Module (BCM). To calculate the proper milage for the vehicle the BCM receives information from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and the Transmission Control Module (TCM) over the CCD Bus. It then calculates this information and sends the proper signal over the CCD Bus to the instrument cluster.

Trip Odometer
The trip odometer function of the instrument cluster is controlled by the Body Control Module (BCM). All information is sent across the CCD Bus.
