Camshaft Oil Seal: Service and Repair

NOTE: This procedure is done with the timing belt and camshaft sprockets removed.

1. Apply light coat of engine oil to the camshaft oil seal lip.
2. Install the oil seal using Special Tool MD998713 or 6863, or equivalent camshaft oil seal installers.
