Bearing Installation

INSTALLATION
When the bearings need replacing, select and install the proper bearing by the following procedure.
^ Measure the crankshaft journal diameter and confirm its classification from the following. In the case of a bearing supplied as a service part, its identification color is painted at the position shown.

NOTE: Service replacement parts have identification marks, but factory-assembled parts have no identification marks. Service crankshaft identification may have marks or paint at counterweight.
