SYMPTOM/CONDITION:

A vibration or rattle between the lighted sun visor vanity cover and convertible top handle under rough road conditions may be seen/heard.

DIAGNOSIS:

Road test the vehicle on a rough road and listen/watch for a rattle/vibration coming from the visor. If vibration/rattle is present perform the Repair Procedure.

PARTS REQUIRED:

(2) 04775853AA Velcro Tape Patch, Lighted Visor Vanity Cover

REPAIR PROCEDURE:

This bulletin involves the installation of a velcro patch to each visor vanity cover.


1. Clean vanity cover surface by wiping with a dry cloth.
2. Remove velcro tape patch from protective backing.





3. Apply velcro tape patch to visor vanity cover. (See Figure 1)
4. Repeat for other side.
