Test 26B

Test 26-B, Repairing System Relay Output Circuit:

NOTE: You must perform Test 26A, before performing this test.

INTERMITTENT SHORT CONDITION
You have just attempted to simulate the condition that caused the fuse to blow. The following additional checks may assist you in identifying a possible intermittent problem:

^ Visually inspect related wire harness connectors. Look for broken, bent, pushed out, or corroded terminals.

^ Visually inspect the related harnesses. Look for chafed, pierced, or partially broken wire.

^ Refer to any hotlines or technical service bulletins that may apply.

^ Visually inspect related harnesses for loose or improper routing around sharp objects or under trim panels.
