Exhaust Manifold: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable and drain engine coolant.

2. Remove air intake hose
3. Disconnect radiator upper hose connection.
4. Disconnect air hose and control wiring harness.
5. Remove water pipe assembly.
6. Remove engine oil dipstick.
7. Remove heat protector and engine hanger.
8. Disconnect front exhaust pipe.
9. Remove heat protector.
10. Remove exhaust manifold and gasket.
11. Reverse procedure to install. Tighten to specifications.
