Motor Runs In High Speed/Not Low
1. Disconnect motor connector. If motor will not run at high speed, connect a jumper wire between battery positive terminal and terminal 4. Connect a second jumper wire between ground and terminal 2 of motor connector.
2. If motor does not run, replace motor. If motor runs proceed to next step.
3. If wiper will not run at high speed, using a suitable ohmmeter, check for an open circuit. Check between terminal 28 of HI-LO wiper relay and terminal 11 of wiper motor wire harness connector for continuity. If satisfactory proceed to next step. If not satisfactory repair as necessary.
4. Check for faulty HI-LO wiper relay.
