Wipers Run;High Speed/Sw-Low;High Speed/Sw-Intermittent

1. Disconnect motor connector, using two jumper wires connect one between battery positive and terminal 3 of motor wiring harness connector. Connect second lead between battery negative and terminal 2 of motor wiring harness connector.
2. If motor runs at low speed, then inspect for faulty HI-LO wiper relay or for crossed wires in harness from HI-LO relay motor.
3. If motor runs at high speed, then replace motor.
4. Using a suitable ohmmeter, check for short to ground. Disconnect J3 14-way connector from body controller and remove intermittent wiper relay.
5. If none of the above conditions are present, replace body controller.
