Plastic Up-Stop Screw Installation Procedure

REPAIR PROCEDURE:

1. Locate the door glass plastic up-stop bracket (through hole in door panel near upper front corner of the door). It is a white plastic part attached to the bottom front edge of the glass.

2. Locate the small 3 mm (1/8 in.) gap on the glass up-stop bracket where the part is snapped together through the hole in the glass. It is at this gap where the revision will take place.

3. Take care in centering the screw P/N 06033303 into the center of the slot and install it straight into the gap. Torque to .67 - .90 Nm (6 - 8 in. lbs.).
