Completion Reporting and Reimbursement

Claims for vehicles which have been serviced must be submitted on the DIAL System. Claims submitted will be used by Chrysler to record recall service completions and provide dealer payments.

Use one of the following labor operation numbers and time allowances:

Inspect lower control arm ball joints 02750181 0.3 hours

Inspect lower control arm ball joints, 02750182 1.3 hours
replace one lower control arm and set toe

Inspect lower control arm ball joints, 02750183 1.7 hours
replace both lower control arms and set toe

Add the cost of the lower control arm(s) plus applicable dealer allowance to your claim, if necessary.
