1996 - 1998 (JX) Sebring Convertible

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:

The convertible top binds or becomes inoperative while raising or lowering and/or hydraulic leaks from or around the hydraulic cylinder.

DIAGNOSIS:

Put the top down and lower the rear windows, inspect the hydraulic cylinder mounting bracket stud. If the nut is loose, missing or signs of a hydraulic fluid leak are found, perform the Repair Procedure.
