SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Popping, oil canning or metallic sounding noise from front area of vehicle when accelerating from a stop. Noise most noticeable in high ambient temperatures (90° F. or higher).
DIAGNOSIS:
Moderately accelerate vehicle and listen for noise from passenger toe board area. If noise is present, perform the Repair Procedure.

AR (2) 04582973 Isolator, Cradle Mounting, SDC Suspension, Lower
AR (2) 04582972 Isolator, Cradle Mounting, SDE Suspension, Upper
AR (2) 04582974 Isolator, Cradle Mounting, SDE Suspension, Lower
REPAIR PROCEDURE:
This bulletin involves installing 2 new upper and 2 new lower cradle mounting isolators.
1. Raise vehicle on a suitable hoist.
2. Support engine/transaxle cradle with jack stands.
3. Loosen cradle mounting bolts (4).
4. Remove cradle mounting bolts one at a time and replace cradle mounting isolator.
5. Tighten cradle mounting bolts to 155 Nm (115 ft.lbs.).
6. Lower vehicle, verify condition is repaired.
